Security

An HAI Omni home control system takes the place of a standard security system. It features built-in security and fire systems to detect intrusion, smoke, fire, carbon monoxide, water and other hazards through wired and wireless sensors.

Individual user codes can be set up for certain access on certain days. This is very useful for limiting admission to your maid service or landscaper.

In an emergency, HAI’s Omni family systems communicate with a central monitoring station and provide voice notifications to up to eight phone numbers. Additionally, in case of fire, all air conditioning units can be turned off to reduce the spread of fire, and a lighted pathway leads your family to safety.

An HAI Lumina home control system can be integrated with an existing or preferred security system to allow security activated or emergency lighting and temperature control.

Surveillance Video

HAI offers video surveillance and recording, which allows you to check on your home via PC, PDA, or web-enabled phone. View and/or record guests arriving at the front door, or check on children in the pool from any Touchscreen or the Internet.

HAI’s Network Digital Video Recorder (NDVR) records video based upon time, event, or motion.

Access Control

HAI has an Access Control product line that lets you use access cards and key tags to limit admission to designated areas such as wine cellars or pools.

When you swipe a card or key tag at a gate or door, you can accomplish multiple functions such as arming or disarming security, releasing the door lock, turning hallway lights to 75%, and activating whole house audio with your specific playlist.
